Experiential Learning Cycle Theory
In HarmonyForce training, the facilitator will design a set of systematic and specific training activities according to the training objectives. Then, students participate in the training activities whole-heartedly, and then we have the discussion and induction. Usually they are divided into three steps:

What: What just happened (a summary of the experience & Feeling)
So What: What does that means (abstract conceptualization of the experience of training activities)
Now What: The solution for the problems found in the training activities (problem solution applied to the real work and life)

Goal Setting Theory
      
HarmonyForce training is very important to set the goal of pre-training.  Accurate or not, will determine the direction and effectiveness of the training program‘s success or failure. In each training of HarmonyForce, training needs research and goal setting prior to each production-training program following with goal theory. Which is to find out a common goal and value among Training Goal, Group Goal and Personal Goal, also to create consensus Win situation in good interaction with each other. This is the real goal and HamonyForce training.
